    Scott left college at the tender age of 18, having decided university wasn’t for him he joined Watson Associates, a local accounting practice based in Hailsham, East Sussex. Becoming a member of the ACCA at the age of 20, he soon decided the corporate world was for him and in 2010 he joined the team at TUI Travel PLC before getting his first taste of the recruitment world in 2014 at Sentinel IT.

    Having held a number Finance Director/CFO roles within the recruitment sector and completed a number of transactions, in January 2020 he decided that now was the time to realise his dream and has set about creating a number of leading recruitment brands across varying markets within the sector.

    Scott teamed up with Liz in 2020 to form Elizabeth Scott with a clear vision to promoting the industry and becoming the leading name for non billing staff in the sector.
    A passionate believer in working hard and playing harder, Scott has his ambitions set on creating a formidable business empire in the years to come. Outside of work Scott has a real passion for cars, golf, travel and who could forget fine food and drink.

    Liz started her recruitment career as a graduate and has spent the last 10 years perfecting her craft! She has well rounded recruitment experience and previous roles include working in an agency, in-house and agency in-house which provides a unique understanding of recruitment and the value it brings to an organisation from both a supplier and an business perspective.

    Her last role was Head of Talent where she was responsible for all hiring globally for a well established technology recruitment business, previous roles have included talent and people strategies looking at performance management, employee engagement, learning development and well-being at work.She has 7 years experience hiring key operational roles for businesses and knows the importance and the value they bring.

    Her qualifications and certifications include: BSc Economics, CIPD Level 3, MHFA certificate, Suicide First Aid certificate, Personal Performance Coaching Diploma and most recently she has started a MSc in Business Psychology at Loughborough University.

    The areas that she is most passionate about include:

    Aside from that she is values driven, reliable and passionate about doing the right thing. She believes the best businesses are run for the people and not purely for profit. For fun she likes to cook, travel, debate, attend ridiculously hard gym classes and develop herself and her mind wherever possible! She loves to bring value to everyone that she interacts with firmly believes you can learn something from everyone!

    Dionne recently graduated Bournemouth University with a First-Class Degree in Business and Marketing. Her degree spanned across four years as it included a ‘year in industry’ where she worked in the travel industry at Golfbreaks.com as a Human Resources Assistant. She found this year incredibly insightful and working within the Human Resources team allowed her to discover her passion for recruitment. Dionne worked within the Internal Recruitment team on full-time positions and internship campaigns which she enjoyed thoroughly.

    Upon graduating from Bournemouth University she began working at Elizabeth Scott as a Recruitment Consultant. Dionne is passionate about equality and  diversity in the workplace, as she believes that everyone has something different and valuable to bring to the table! Her interests include baking, fashion, animals and travelling.
