We are committing 10% of our fee to training and development for our candidates placed.
We are offering mentorship for candidates who are looking to progress in their careers – in particular within Finance / Operations / HR
We are offering a £250 wellness allowance for all our candidates placed to spend on something they love or that makes them feel good
We are going to hold industry events focusing on our niche market – if you make a placement from networking then we have done our job (no fee incurred)
We are committing a minimum of 5% profit being donated to charity
